Beside the contention and faulty “history” of Harley-Davidson exhibited, the most noticeably awful part for me was the “hustling”. It was more than once expressed they were dashing at paces around 80 to 90 mph, yet the cruisers in the motion picture were shouting around the track at a rankling 25 to 30 mph, smashing and blazing everywhere. I’ve seen bike races speedier than this! It was strange. Strife is the substance of show, and “Harley and the Davidsons” is “pedal to the metal” clash. Scarcely one issue is (maybe) settled before another backs its head. Each blend of “conflictors” is investigated: sibling/sibling; father/kids; mother/youngsters; industrialists/little folks; creeps/not too bad society, and so forth, and so on, and so forth. It’s an outright model of a contention driven story that will keep the script peruser turning the pages, until he or she crumples, shouting “We must green-light this one!”.
